Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2007 - Five Exceptional Women Inducted Sept. 7-8
The Ohio State Varsity O Women’s Alumnae Society inducted five members into the Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame in early September. The class was officially inducted in a ceremony on Friday, Sept. 7 at the Longaberger Alumni House in Columbus. They were introduced to the public at halftime of the Ohio State-Akron football game in Ohio Stadium the following day. read more >>

Senior Send Off 2007
A successful 2007 Senior Send Off took place in the Varsity O Room of the football stadium on May 30, featuring guest speaker, Sheila Smith. Smith is an Associate Vice President in University Development at The Ohio State University and wife of OSU Athletic Director, Gene Smith. read more >>

Kate Riffee receives Barbie Tootle Buckeye Spirit Award
The Barbie Tootle Buckeye Spirit Award was created by the Varsity O Women’s Alumnae to recognize those individuals who have demonstrated unconditional loyalty and support of women’s athletics at The Ohio State University.
